Privacy Policy

ADI Limited takes it privacy obligations very seriously and complies with the National Privacy Principles, as set out in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (Cwth), in regards to any personal information (as defined in the Act) that it receives.

When you look at this website, ADI's server will make a record of your visit for statistical purposes only so that ADI can evaluate the website performance and improve it to meet visitors' needs. The server logs the following information

• Users Internet Protocol (IP) address
• Users top level domain name
• The date and time of your visit and the time spent on the site
• The pages you visited and documents downloaded.

This information will remain anonymous and ADI makes no attempt to identify the user. ADI's website does not use cookies.

ADI will record your details only when you provide them voluntarily. Such details will only be used for the primary purpose for which you provided them and the details will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent.

ADI's website provides users with the opportunity to submit a résumé for consideration by the Company. Your résumé will be received by the Human Resources department within ADI and may be provided to other departments if you are considered to be a potential candidate for a position. Résumés are retained for up to three months after which they, and any personal information taken from your résumé and recorded elsewhere, are destroyed.

ADI also holds personal information for the purpose of distributing information on the Company. Information for this mailing list is collected, stored and used only in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.
