Health and Safety at ADI

ADI is committed to creating and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for employees, contractors, customers and visitors.

The company, its management and fellow employees believe that 'all occupational injuries and illnesses can be prevented'. The company recognises that Occupational Health and Safety must be integrated into everything we do.

Safe working practice is the responsibility of every employee. It is not the individual responsibility of supervisors, managers and/or safety personnel alone. It is the cooperative action by all that will prevent incidents.

It is the policy of ADI to encourage all personnel, employees and contractors, working on ADI sites or those of our clients, to take the initiative in anticipating, preventing and correcting conditions or practices which may threaten the health or safety of the individual.

We require all employees and contractors to be aware of their responsibility, to familiarise themselves with the site/project specific requirements as incorporated into site safety plans and guidelines.

All staff are required to complete a competency assessment after their induction to ensure that they understand the key issues, and that they have sufficient knowledge to enable them to work safely on site.
